Dr. Ritchie have GREAT bedside manners and takes great interest in her patients. She and her staff are friendly and answer all question; even some that I had not thought of. Appointments are super easy and wait times are under 15 minutes; well within acceptable standard She is vastly knowledgeable and not afraid to assert herself in the interest of her patients welfare. I am honored . . . humbly proud to entrust my care to her and have her on my team. Forever grateful.

Always kind, professional and knowledgable. (Wait time noted is once one is in room for Dr. (prior to that, there is a waiting period while labs performed and results obtained so that Dr. has results for her exam/visit/discussion)

Dr. Ritchie needs to improve her attitude in talking to patients about treatments designed to help them. Her attitude of we make no promises and we will see what happens is not the kind of support one wants. A doctor who recommends a treatment should provide hope that it will work to patients
