Dr. Ellen Zaslaw, PhD

I’ve been seeing Ellen for some time now and I personally believe she’s helped me see myself in a different light, and that has made all the difference to me. She’s kind and understanding, asks good questions, and moves me away from labels and closer to a “you’re human” approach to myself.

I've only been seeing Ellen for a few months but I think she's a good fit for me. I appreciate her gentle nature, sessions that feel like conversations with a wise, non-judgemental friend, and her approach that focuses on solutions to our issues. Granted, in my case my issues are perhaps not as serious or weighty as what some patients may have (e.g. my issues don't include suicidal thoughts, chemical dependencies, etc.), but I am fairly confident that Ellen would be helpful to individuals with those types of issues too.
