had multiple visits where he was recorded as completing notes 2-3 minutes after my appointment start time, proving he was not paying attention at all to what I was saying during the appt. he copy and pasted inaccurate notes (he would indicate we went over treatment plans that were never discussed), wrote down that meds were working when I was insisting the opposite - and records from others from the same time confirmed), he was dismissive about medication side effects and had an incredibly disappointing bedside manner to put it nicely. I developed a thyroid problem as a result of medication he prescribed, but he did not want to be bothered to discuss solutions or even help inform/educate on the issue and just sent me to my PCP. I read here that he's licensed in family medicine, so what's that about? Ellery was completely uninterested, uninvested and borderline rude. he acted like it was an inconvenience for him to even show up to a virtual appointment. please don't see this guy, he… won't help you at all and there's a good chance you'll end up feeling worse
