Never had a bad experience at her office. She's very talented, knowledgeable, and keeps up with all the latest healthcare

After being referred to this Dr per a midwife, I went to her and I waited so long for her to come to in the exam room to see me (about 20 mins) I started to grow impatient. To hear he disscussing the other patient's problem in which she is also a weight loss Dr it seemed to me that those patients took more priority over any other kind of patient which although I'm sure she is making more money with those patients but my services are just as important. After a Pap and a diagnostic test it revealed a problem, but she just kept running painful colpos and charging my insurance and I was still in pain. After 6 months of this and no solution I switched doctors and found out exactly what the problem was! Would not recommend at all

I selected Dr. Smith because she graduated from my alma mater, VUU. During my 1st visit I waited a long time in the waiting room, but I had the afternoon clear, so I patiently waited.Dr. Smith immediately recognized something was not normal during my exam and referred me to radiology. Test results indicated the problem and I was a candidate for immediate surgery. After being a patient for 3 months, I can appreciate why there may be a wait time. My 1st visit occured on the day Dr. Smith does hospital rounds. I would rather have a doctor spend time with me then rush me in and out of her office. Due to her expertise, I am 4 weeks past surgery, pain free and appreciative of her professionalism and bedside manner.

This is the worst OBGYN doctor I have ever had. The service is poor and she makes me feel like it's all about the money and not the care of the patient. I was referred to this doctor by my primary doctor who seem to always take time with me so I thought her recommendation will be close or just like her. She does not have direct eye contact with me which makes me not trust her. She talks to her nurse on each of my visit even during surgery where she is supposed to be paying attention to me. She writes a whole essay in my file but shares one or two sentence with me only after I ask. I wonder if she has got a personal problem with me for whatever reason I don't know. But I will never recommend her to anyone. She is the worst. You cannot be mean to some and nice to some in this profession. I don't care how long she's been in the business, she has no courtesy and very unprofessional.
