Dr. Elliot Rosenstein, MD

Dr. Rosenstein has been my doctor, on and off, since the early 90s. Or maybe the late 80s. let me explain: I have (had) juvenile rheumatoid arthritis which later became just regular rheumatoid arthritis. He was my doctor in the interim between college and grad school, and when I was home on vacations. My first year of grad school I had very swollen lymph nodes, got tested over break, an oncologist told me I probably had lymphoma. I was hysterical -- they wouldn't have results until after the new year. Dr. Rosenstein understood and made some calls and got my results: I had mono. Just one example of his compassion. Fast forward decades. I live in many other places. He doesn't take my insurance so go to other doctors. Then my job changes its insurance. I called his office and start to go into a long explanation: this is 2014. More than 20 years later. They interrupt me and say my name... THEY HAVE MY FILES. (Or at least a record that I had been his patient). And made an appointment. He is… the head of the rheumatology center so it's not easy to get in with him, but he is my doctor and I'm so grateful. Takes good care of me, and is such a nice person!

over a period of several years I was fortunate enough to visit with Dr. Rosenstein. His judgement,disposition empathy and insights are unlike anyone that I have met in the world of medicine,or for that matter in the world ,at large. There is simply no way to overstate his character, as patronizing as that observation might sound.

Dr Rosenstein is my doctor- he has a fantastic reputation & well deserved. This doctor is compassionate & patient- he answers all my questions thoroughly & leaves me with notes regarding the concerns we discussed. He is head of department but never appears rushed or impatient. I’m very lucky to be under his care.

Dr. Rosenstein was exceptionally understanding and compassionate. He performed a thorough examination and took the time to explain various potential courses of treatment in detail. He impressed both my husband and me with his soft-spoken yet competent demeanor and made my visit a far more pleasant experience. P.S. Disregard the suite 211 address which is shown on various sites -- he has relocated to LL01 (on the lowest level of 33 Overlook).

Couldn't ask for a better Doctor.

Dr. Rosenstein is the most logical, "no-nonsense", thorough and caring medical professional I've ever met. Since 2007, he has partnered with me in winning the battle against a chronic condition. Dr. Rosenstein has taken the time to recommend other specialists when necessary and contact them on my behalf. He coordinates/communicates efficiently and effectively with other physicians. Dr. Rosenstein exemplifies the qualities and attributes expected of medical professionals, but find all too infrequently.

From the front desk to the lab technician, everyone made me feel warm and welcome. I got real confidence that I was being taken care the best possible.
