Minimal wait time, he addressed the issues and explained everything, professional and pleasant, pleased with results, helpful and pleasant staff.

wonderful doctor

I have a skin condition that is unsightly and about which I am unfortunately very self-conscious. This is something I would expect a dermatologist to understand and be used to dealing with. In my last visit to this practice, I had stripped down and was sitting on the table awaiting my exam. When Dr. Z came in, he was trailed by 5 med students not much older than me. I had not given my OK for this, nor had I been warned about it. Dr. Z proceeded to point at and talk about me as if I was nothing more than a medical model or prop. It was humiliating and I was mortified. I will not return. Dr. Z is knowledgeable, but compassion and sensitivity are not his forte.

This office does not even deserve 1 star. The office is quite frankly DEPLORABLE and the staff even more so. They have availability for good reason- NO ONE wants to deal with them! They are beyond rude and could care less. Also- Good luck getting in touch with this office, they DO NOT pick up the phone. Went days upon days of calling with no answer. This office literally told my father they couldn't spare ONE band aid after my father got his biopsy done. "We've ordered supplies, you can go to the pharmacy". WHAT KIND OF "DOCTORS" OFFICE IS THIS!?!?! Then Zweig couldn't even be bothered to explain any of his test results. When I asked him questions about the results he answered condescendingly and as if I was asking him to do his job, god forbid, we ask for answers from a "doctor". DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

Not human, patients are just widgets, not at all friendly or approachable

Staff ws rude. Doctor coulnot careless about my concrens, just wnt from one appointment to another setting about their next appointment and nottaking care of my problem.

I cannot imagine how anyone would choose to be a physician when they obviously have a disdain for the human race. His lack of communication, compassion and overall manner is obvious. This is not just my experience and opinion alone but shared by a few other people I know.

I saw Dr. Zweig many years ago. I was however so disgusted with just the frontline that I did not want to have any dealings with this office. I saw the reviews and unfortunately the staff is still horrible from the office manager to the receptionist. Dr Zweig if you are reading this which surely you cannot be if this staff is still there, please get new staff!

I've waited in this waiting room sometimes up to 45 minutes without a kind apology from the staff or doctor on the wait time! Dr. Zweig is fairly good , but the wait time , communication and bedside manner definitely SHOULD improve! I am currently looking to change somewhere new.
