Dr. Elliott J. Bilofsky, DO, DO

No one was wearing masks or gloves including the doctor. He didn't listen to concerns and spoke to you as though you were stupid He didn't listen to concerns and spoke to you as though you were stupid.

Dr. Bilofsky just did a partial tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on my 2 year old son. He was very compassionate when speaking to my son and me. He stopped in recovery multiple times to check in on us and twice throughout the day. He was the 3rd ENT we saw about having his tonsils out due to OSA that was comfortable preforming the procedure. I highly recommend him.

There is a fine line between confidence and arrogance. Walk away from this doctor. Get a second opinion.

Dr. Bilofsky doesn't necessarily have the cuddliest bedside manner, but that isn't why I go to a specialist. I needed results and Dr. Bilofsky is exceptionally talented and very knowledgable. I would feel completely at ease recommending him to anybody needing ENT services / surgery, etc... Very Impressive

A physician's true personality shines when he is unaware that the patient can hear how he addresses his team, and after hearing how this physician treated his nurses, I will not be returning to his services. Yelling, belittling and disrespecting his staff is unappealing to me.

I doubt that I will ever go to an appointment with a provider who employs discourteous staff on the front line. I attempted to explain some details of my situation that made having to wait a month for a first appointment difficult, and I was met with the same response repeatedly, like a robot. Once I requested to speak with an office manager she became slightly more helpful, then proceeded to question me on my knowledge of my other health issues, saying the one I described to her was "not immediate." Very upsetting.

i think that his bedside manner is not that great and his follow up with patients after surgery is horrible

While Elliott's "bedside manner" was a bit awkward at first meeting, he and I developed a very good patient-doctor relationship. He was spot on with my diagnosis and provide clear/effective explanations of treatment options. Moreover, he was really helpful in giving me straight, informative answers to help me make treatment decisions. I opted for surgery to have a benign tumor removed. His surgical technique was superb and my outcome excellent. Also, I found his follow-up care to be genuine and attentive to my needs and concerns.Bottom line: If I had this to do over again, I'd do it with Elliot.
