I don’t understand the negative reviews. My son has been seeing Beesley for the past 5 years. I couldnt ask for a better pediatrician. He’s funny, informative & always kind. The staff as well, always helpful and kind. Yes, they are very busy. You may wait up to an hour at times. That’s a small cost to me for a doctor I truly trust and appreciate. Also, for the woman saying her kid got hit by the door. There’s literally been a sign up for years asking to please not let your kids play in front of the door seeing as the nurses have no idea they’re behind it. That’s your fault for not watching your kid. And it’s also completely normal for staff to recommend going to the ER or urgent care if they are over booked or done for the day. They’ve always been accommodating & nothing but helpful. It’s been the same women for years working the front desk and I’ve never seen them be rude or impatient with anyone.

My two kids were with Dr. Beesley since they were two and four and until that time I never needed to look for another Pediatritian. He was great.

We waited 2+ hours for a well baby checkup that was scheduled three months ago. As I was about to walk out the door, the medical assistant opened the door and slammed the door into my sons head causing him to fall back and hit his head again and giving him a huge bruise in the middle of his forehead. Her excuse was "I did not know anyone was still here." Thanks! We have only been waiting over an hour. Dr Beesley himself is a nice enough doctor, but he needs to fire his complete staff and regroup. Awful.

To get an appointment is not hard but you have to call TWO months!!! ahead of time just for a check up!!......office stuff lacks any courtesy and so does the Doctor, he wont see you on a tuesday morning even if you came from far, far far because he is doing paperwork, no matter if your two year old was throwing up and has a cough and else....this office is not worth the visit in my opinion!!

Too long of a wait I ussually wait 45 min. to 1 hr. last appt. I was there for 3 hrs. of which 20 min. he saw my boys. I called yesterday to get a same day appt. & they said they didn't have any available to call back tomorrow otherwise take him to the ER.
