Dr. Elsa Del Rio, MD

I had a deeply disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr. Del Rio. From the very beginning, she was dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. Rather than listening to my concerns with compassion or professionalism, she belittled me, repeatedly suggesting that my symptoms were exaggerated or not real. It was incredibly invalidating and left me feeling completely disregarded as a patient. What made the situation even worse was her attitude—she seemed more interested in asserting her authority than in actually helping. On multiple occasions during our interaction, she made a point of stating that she was my doctor’s superior, as if that somehow excused her lack of care or justified the way she was speaking to me. It came across as arrogant and entirely inappropriate in a medical setting. I left the appointment not only without any help, but also feeling worse than when I walked in. Patients deserve to be heard, respected, and taken seriously none of which happened here. I would not… recommend Dr. Del Rio to anyone seeking compassionate or competent medical care.

She gives home remedies for everything, really? Never wants to prescribe anything . I was in pain!
