Appointments
Our practice is dedicated to quality care and exceptional service. We respect the importance of our time and work very hard to schedule appointments that accommodate the busy scheduling needs of all our patients. In return, we ask that patients make every effort not to change reserved dental appointments. Broken and missed appointments create scheduling problems for other patients and delay your dental treatment.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most Dental PPO Insurance plans …and vvill gladly file your insurance claims. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Unfortunately our office does not participate in HMO or DMO Insurance plans.
Please understand that dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance carrier or employee; and not between the insurance carrier and the dentist. The patient is still the responsible party regarding financial obligations.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.
