Dr. Elvira Alexandrovna Lindwall, MD

Wait times are usually 1 to 2 hours even though she likes to say it's never that long. It's always that long. Awful bedside manner. Very arrogant and rude. Instead of explaining my medication to me she told me she knows what she's doing and if I'm not going to take the medication then why am I there in the first place. She tried to bully me into taking something without explaining it to me. Her office has a very high turnover. You never see the same staff for more than a few months. It says a lot about her and whoever is in charge of the office. This practice is clearly driven by money. If you don't like waiting around for hours for your appointment and don't like to be bullied and laughed at by your doctor, then steer clear. I find it very hard to believe the reviews on here. I wouldn't doubt some are fabricated by the joke of an office manager. I'd give negative stars of I could.

Compassionate and Knowledgeable. Explains reasoning for treatment decisions and presents an overall plan. Answers all questions and addresses your concerns

This doctor takes her time and listens. She is kind and truly wants to help. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She treats her patients with dignity and respect. You may have to wait, but be patient, as she is patient and never seems to be trying to rush you out the door. Her nurse is just as competent and nice as she is. I highly recommend her.

Dr Lindell is amazing!!! She shows you she's invested in you by taking the time to listen to you and to explain everything to you fully.

I absolutely love her. She's the best! And I've been to a lot of rheumatologists.

I do not recommend going to this dr. I was referred to her by another dr. Who was retiring. Had one visit with her, she did a good job, office a little unorganized, I was to call back to make an appointment an she left this practice who she was taking over for Dr. Lawrence McAdam. I called to make an appointment in June, an she was no loner there, I found out in the newspaper that she had moved to another location. Basically left her pain tents high an dry! Now I am having to look for a new Rheumatoglist!
