Dr. Rios is the best and up on current issues. Would not go to anyone else.

Rude and dismissive. They don't seem to care about patients, more about getting you out the door so they can pretend to help the next unfortunate patient.

Rude and dismissive staff. They seem to care more about getting you out of their office than they do about helping.

I have severe social anxiety, I didn't say anything about it because it wasn't my reason being there. Maybe if I had said something they wouldn't have treated me like I'm a drug seeker. Once again my strange social ways makes people think the worst of me, even Doctors who are supposed to help. I made the appointment for swollen tonsils and sore throat.

Staff and Doctors were to be rude and dismissive.

Called twice waited an hour on hold

I have been going her for years. I usually see Lisa, and she awesome. I am able to get appointments when I need them.

I visit the office once maybe twice a year. The receptionist are ok and the nursing staff is great. They have you fill out a questionaire before seeing the physician or the nurse practictioner but why fill it out if they dont even look at it? Kind of a waste of time. The nurse practitioners seemed to be always in a hurry to get the appointment over with and I feel they are not listening to the concerns you may have. I have been with this office for years but I am considering looking for someone new. :(

I liked Dr. Rios but rarely got to see her. She has no other MDs in her office or even any PAs, just Nurse Practioners, usually that is fine but not always. Wait time and office staff is what really drove me away though. I don't think that 45 minutes to an hour and a half waiting IN THE EXAM ROOM is acceptable, but that is what continually happened at that office. Never an apology or explanation of why the wait was so long. Finally just got fed up and went to another doctor. IT is too bad really because I think Dr. Rios is a good doctor, but her staff and scheduling is horrible!

I have been with Dr Rios for a while now , she shows great concern and is very helpful with all of my medical issues. Love Her ~
