Dr. Elysa Barack Fisher, MD

At first impression, Dr. Fisher seemed knowledgeable and professional. Long story short, its now been almost 2 years since I saw her and I am still working with another plastic surgeon regularly to try to fix Dr. Fisher's botched work. It's horribly embarrassing and has taken a toll on my self-image. I would never trust Dr. Fisher, nor would I recommend her to a friend. I was also told that this procedure would likely be covered by insurance, and for 18 months following the procedure I never received a bill so I assumed it was taken care of. They are just NOW, nearly 2 years after visiting her, fighting with me to get paid for the botched work that in hindsight you couldn't pay me to get done. And it's now too late to re-open this case with my insurance because most insurance companies have a 6-9 month window to file claims. So, I am left with a botched surgery and $2,000+ in debt.

I was referred to Dr. Fisher by my regular doctor, and I was super happy with the experience. She was really friendly and took the time to talk to me first. Really nice visit, and staff and office atmosphere are great too.

I reviewed the credentials of all of the local Plastic Surgeons in the North Shore. Dr. Fisher has by far the best credentials of all. She is a locally grown physician, who understands women and should be everyones first choice. Not only does she provide all the usual services, at a reasonable price, but she is kind,loving and understanding. She is an amazing surgeon, and she has literally changed my life for the better. Her staff is beyond amazing, from Geri-Lynn to Hannah. You feel like you are coming home when you walk in the office. If you have been unsure, my advice is not to wait. You can trust her and her staff. You will be well taken care off.
