Dr. Emad Fahmi Soliman, MD

This is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL doctor I have ever been seen by. He was 40 minutes late to an appointment and his front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was seen by him Saturday and was completely ghosted after that. He said he sent me medication to my pharmacy and the pharmacist said nothing was ever sent. He told me he's ordering an MRI for me. I was in contact with the new Rochelle radiologist and they said he never sent my clinicals over them and that they've been trying to reach him all week and he has been unresponsive. I then proceeded to contact him through patient portal and his response to me was "As a neurologist I have nothing to do with your neck issue, you need to address this with your primary care doctor The notes were faxed to the MRI machine I dont know why are so upset at me, we accommodated and you on Saturday which is unheard of, I will be happy to send you a copy of your chart and go find someone else, good luck". . This DOCTOR IS unfit… and unwell. . MY MISTAKE WAS NOT DOING RESEARCH ON HIM BECAUSE SEVERAL OTHER PATIWNTS HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME EXACT ISSUES WITH HIM. Lying about sending things over and also ghosting

Dr. Soliman saw my elderly grandfather who is a car accident victim and has cancer. He’s been in pain everyday for 4 years to the point of wanting to commit suicide. Dr Soliman did a procedure yesterday and promised to send pain meds for him after but didnt. Called and emailed multiple times still never sent or called us. He told us to call him today if any issue knowing the phones were off and no staff to answer. Dr. was supposed to review records and call surgeon 3mnths ago never did. It’s obvious he just promises to help patients but could care less once they walk out the door. Staff doesnt do their work. It breaks my heart seeing my grandfather deteriorating and suffering while under care of physicians who can help but dont because they dont care or want to be bothered. No compassion or empathy. My grandfather has to suffer this weekend because Dr Soliman couldnt bother to take 2 min to send a script, respond to our calls, or keep his promise to help my grandfather’s suffering!

Dr. Soliman has been by Neurologist for 14 years. He is not only a neurologist he is a care giver, he listens, and he treats you like a person and not a patient. Dr Soliman is also an Immunologist. I have MS and it is unpredictable and scary. I never have to hesitate to pick up the phone and reach out to him to ease my fears.

Dr S is great. He’s been treating me for a few years now. He takes time with his patients and really gets to know them. I’m always comfortable with him.

My sister was treated by this dismal Dr. He asked her out to lunch. Is that appropriate? He prescribed Oxy, using the drs in his practice, to her for more than 10 years for chronic pain. She was addicted. Her eyes were yellow, anyone could see she was an alcoholic. When I called him to stop prescribing the opioids bc my sister was in ICU for liver failure, he would not speak to me. She was dead a few months later. If I could give him no stars I would.

Dr.Soliman actually took the time and talked with me about what I was going threw and got to the real problem and issue I was having. No others took the time like he did

Dr Soliman cured my back after a car accident injury. Now I can drive and work again.
