Worst Dr ever!!!!!

on several occasions I have tried calling them after 10 calls they have not picked up the phone and not called back at the office they are quite rude

Her staff is very rude. They don't return phone calls, I had to drive to their office just to get an answer to a question, so they got annoyed that I was going there. The last time I was in their office I wanted to ask them to change the prescription from capsules to tables because that would save me close to $250 but they insisted that I needed to see Dr. Mina again (I have no insurance and I pay out-of-pocket $175 for each visit.) His office manager seems to run the place like a Gestapo. The office manager most be related to the doctors (husband & wife.) She looks like the sister of one of them. She told me that I was not welcomed there anymore and walked away slamming the door in her trail. Then I went back to the secretary and told her that I would make another appointment, but as I was talking she closed her window. I stood there for about 10 minutes and a nurse came out to tell me that they would ask Dr. Mina on Monday and that they would call me on Monday, never heard from… them. Because I can travel to Colombia the office manager accused me that I must be buying all the medication there . . . which I could, but I wanted Dr. Mina to treat me …. I don’t want to buy medicate myself. I found a new doctor.

Nobody cares about your problems in the office. What a wonderful place to go to ((((

RUDE OFFICE MANAGER MARIANNE! My dad called a couple of weeks ago to transfer my mom there, and was told that they do accept her insurance and new patients. When my dad physically went to get an appointment for my mom and was told by the office staff that they cant take my mom in (specifically my mom). I am not really sure where is this coming from or if they can really pick and chose their patients like that. My dad tried to talk to the office manager MARIANNE and she told the staff to shut the reception window while he was talking VERY RUDE. I am glad that we didn't even get my mom into this place, I wouldn't have trusted her with this kind of attitude environment.

Dr. Eman Mina herself is very much ok. But she is not isolated from the office. The office is run by the RUDE manager Marianne, the MOB BOSS. The office sent a wrong prescription to the pharmacy, but refused to take responsibility. After MANY back-and-forth, I was given partial credit only. Then came the time for prescription renewal/refill. When the pharmacy sent the request, Marianne REFUSED to follow-up on it, citing incorrect request from the pharmacy. The pharmacy request shows fine (correct med name, generic, dose, tablet) on the website from my end. When I asked her just to send a new prescription then, she refused to send it to the pharmacy. I asked her to call the pharmacy to give the new prescription, she said, "I have 4 patients standing in front of me. I don't have time. You ask your pharmacy to call me." She also asked me to come pick up the new prescription if I wanted, even though Dr. Mina NEVER gives ME any prescription. While all of these happening, you can never call… and get hold of Dr. Mina. I wonder if she is aware that Marianne is running afoul.

The staff does not follow up or call to remind you of an appointment

She almost had a tantrum in the middle of the appointment. I've never seen anything like it.
