Dr. Eme Oko Igbokwe, MD

Sometimes, a doctor is only as good as his staff and Dr. Eme's staff leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes it is just rudeness, sometimes it is lack of knowledge. It is almost impossible to get through to this office on the phone. You only get voicemail. Dr. Eme seems very clincal and not very personable. I will be searching for another doctor.

Dr. Eme is a wonderful, caring, and concerned doctor. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He also gives good general advice and points me in the right direction to help me live a healthier life. Dr. Eme has been my doctor for going on 2 years, and he and his staff at the Ohio county hospital have been exceptional.

Enjoyed the staff. They were always helpful and courteous. However, they didn't know u could request records from record dept in hospital. I had to do all the work. Ordered no labs. I have fibro and have relayed to him my hair is falling out and there r sores in my nose. Still, no labs!!!!! Also, I have 4 bulging discs in neck, 2 collapsed discs in lower back, neuropathy , tarsal tunnel in both legs and I'm allotted one 7.5mg loratab a day for pain. So in conclusion if u r in pain and need meds don't bother.

Spent little time with me on the first 3 visits. He did not order records from the other doctors I had seen. Not what I had expected. Made changes in my medications on the first visit without getting any lab tests. My seizures got worse (I have Epilepsy) He is impossible to reach by phone. He acts like he is concerned. His helper in the office was rude. Will need to change doctors
