This was my first visit with Dr. Emelie and I was pleased with the appointment. Her exam seemed thorough and her manner was pleasant.

Entire visit is usually ruined with extraordinary delays, confused techs, and just inappropriate wait periods. Signs on the wall saying the visit should be 1-3 hrs is insanity. Either hire more staff or schedule less patients. Dr Ferguson is fine

My recent visit to LO Eye Care (Grand Ledge) was very efficient from my arrival to completion of my appointment. I appreciate it very much.

Dr Ferguson is excellent. The issue is every time I have an appointment it is at least a 2 hour wait to see her. No other doctor that I see takes 2 hours to complete the appointment. This happens to my family and friends that go to LOEYE. This past week my 3:15 appointment ended at 5:05. An office worker and I were the last ones out of the office. They must book too many patients in a day because it ALWAYS happens. Please fix the wait times.

Be clear, I would have rated a 3 star because L.O. Eye has gone down hill but Dr. Emelie J. Fergason seemed fine. L.O.Eye should contact me to learn all there is to report. Part of the problem was I was advised to reschedule because the wait was long and my dilation drops wore off given by a tech that needs more training.

Love Dr Phillips/Ferguson! She always takes time to answer my questions and never seems to be in a rush to move on to her next patient.

In my recent visit to your office I was extremely surprised that my appointment took nearly 3hrs! So glad I didn’t have another appointment to get to. The staff were all pleasant & seemed to be on top of things, except one of the tests could not be found & needed to be repeated. The appointment took a big chunk of my day which was a bit unnerving! Was glad to hear my eyes are in pretty good shape & script hadn’t changed much.

I brought my 98 year old mother with glaucoma to see Dr Fergason. She was thorough and very good with her. We feel confident in her diagnostic and treatment skills.

Everything went great . Excellent service. Doctor was very professional and friendly. Would recommend to others.
