Is this a psychiatrist for real? After waiting for 4 hours, she saw me for less than 15 minutes and during that time she was on her cellphone for half of the time... Outrageous! I have chronic insomnia and she asked me to take Melatonin WTH? I told her I've been taking it and does not help but she didn't listen to any of what I had to say. Arrogant, careless, rude... Never again! Stay away!!!

Arrogant, careless, negligent her only interest is money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "physician". Please be carefull!

Dr Emelina Arocha is a compassionate doctor and she likes to help her patients.

I was very pleased with the treatment I received from the staff and Dr. Arocha. She takes her time with her patients and in my opinion that is a great thing.

Throughout the last 8 years my husband has required treatment by several specialties, including Psychiatrists, of which we have seen a fair number. And believe us, we have seen a lot of doctors that we would rather not even mention nor see again!After six months under Dr. Arocha's management we firmly confirm that we have found a very trustworthy, ethical, caring doctor who has improved our lives. If you need a good psychiatrist, go to Dr. Arocha, we have already done the research for you. She is very, very high caliber and knowledgeable and will never just over-medicate you!We most highly recommend Dr. Arocha to anyone who wants to get better.

Dr. Arocha has a terrible awful staff ! with no regard to their patients watsoever ! I became very sick and they had no concerns with my situation ! impossible to get in contact with Dr. Arocha ! no cares or compasion for their pattient !!!!!!! Very bad experience with this practice ! Hard to believe that they can be so inconsiderate for their patients and there well-being !! NEVER AGAIN !!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEIR TRUE COLORS WILL COME OUT !!!!

My husband was referred to Dr. Arocha by another physician of a different specialty and after our first meeting with her we knew we had found the right psychiatrist. So far we have had three follow-up visits and during each encounter my husband has felt understood, respected, and well-directed by Dr. Arocha who clearly draws from her vast experience. For the first time, I see him motivated to improve himself by following the doctor's carefully explained therapy plan which is, truthfully, something we had not experienced in the past. Dr. Arocha has earned our highest respects for her caring demeanor, professional approach, patience, understanding, and respect towards our individualities combined with her impressive training and experience. We both feel that Dr. Arocha is an extraordinary physician who always dedicates as much time and resources as we need and who has improved our lives significantly. We most highly endorse her for her many positive qualities.
