You know, I was extremely pleased and hopeful with this office at first, I truly was. UNTIL I had made my second appt with them and the day we got back from vacation on the same day there was an emergency with my animal I could not go and was not able to give 24 hours notice..because you know, thats what usually happens when there is an emergency.. there is NO WAY TO GIVE NOTICE. THINGS HAPPEN. We're all only human, right? So I called very frantic about what was happening and what the foreseeable future would hold.. how i'd get my medicine, if I would get kicked out and how I was going to come up with the 75.00 immediately after having to pay 1000s for my animal at the ER vet. (they don't allow payment plans at this pyschiatrist so you can make an appt right away - balance has to be paid in full and oh for my convenience they take payments over the phone....very helpful, huh?) in order to even get a refill and reschedule an appt. just absolutely ridiculous. I wasn't a consistent,… regular patient just yet, I was literally JUST getting started with that office and on a new medicine and I was extremely worried to even start taking. I just think it is so heartless to leave your patients high and dry like that considering how dangerous it is to stop these meds abruptly. so fast forward, I get a letter in the mail saying they can no longer see me because I never rescheduled or asked for a refill - Meanwhile, how am I supposed to reschedule when the front dest lady, Eileen, told me I couldn't until I coughed up 75.00 and obviously I can't ask for a refill without being seen. it just makes no sense. It's unfortunate because he really seemed like a nice doctor who truly cared about your overall wellbeing but it became more than obvious that he sadly, DOES NOT. he cares about what money your bringing into his office and like I said thats really upsetting to someone like me who has tried so hard to find someone I could easily talk too..and just when I finally thought I did, i had to find another option . My only appt I had to cancel got in the way of him helping me and having a positive impact on my life. I just know if I was in his shoes I would care so much about the impact I was having on peoples lives and I would do everything in my power to help them feel great again and I would still do that without being taken advantage of. I understand he doesn't want to be walked all over but he should be REASONABLE until the patient is repeatedly canceling then deny any further treatment. whatever its over and done with now, I just don't want someone else to get into this situation and feel lost and hopeless..so to avoid that, please just find another doctor with reasonable expectations. if you made it this far reading this, I hope this helps you !!

Negligent psychiatrist who displays little regard for his patients or proper protocol. No real discussion with with patients regarding care. He simply instructs and expects absolute compliance.
