HORRIBLE. Over an hour late for appointment. Bounces around on a virtual screen walking on a walking pad the whole time. No wonder she didn’t read my chart and see my medications resulting in a serious complications requiring hospitalization after she prescribed a medication that conflicted with my current medications. Awful awful awful… zero accountability zero remorse. I wouldn’t trust her to treat my dog after this fiasco.

Absolutely incompetent in my opinion. Dr Sangiovanni had no idea what my ailment was then she prescribed the wrong medication that could have ended my life. Filed complaint with the state of CT.

Dr Sangiovanni… what can I say? I’ve lost faith in the medical community after my experience with her. After a wrong prescription was written I am expected to pay for a follow-up appointment to have the mistake rectified. Awful experience.

Dr Sangiovanni (Aponte) was an hour late to our virtual appointment at 9am. She wrote me a prescription that caused me to suffer and is unwilling to write the appropriate medication without a follow-up appointment. This is extortion. She should fix her mistake.

Dr Sangiovanni is the most incompetent doctor I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She’s a bumbling trainer wreck who apparently cannot reach a medical chart or a simple drug interaction. Dr Sangiovanni prescribed me an antibiotic that had an obvious interaction with one of my current medications causing me to suffer through a potentially fatal situation, serotonin syndrome. After her mistake she refused to correct the antibiotic without a follow-up appointment. This is so wrong and feels like extortion. Im absolutely unwilling to pay her and her office another $500 for her to correct the prescription. I am filing a complaint with the State of Connecticut and leaving the Hartford Healthcare Group.

Dr Sangiovanni neglected to look at my current prescriptions and prescribed a new medication that sent me into serotonin syndrome. Not only was I extremely ill because of the doctors negligence but they also refused to merely switch my prescription to the appointment antibiotic without charging me for an additional appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot in good conscience recommend her to anyone.

I'm complete agree with the other reviewers, she has not idea what is she doing... I don't know what kind of doctor is she. Worse doctor ever..
