Dr. Emilia Phillips, MD

I've had nothing but excellent care from Dr. Phillips. She listened to my concerns and took extra precautions while treating me. I highly recommend her!

Twice I was told I did not have a uti , after a send off to be cultured, it was positive. I called they said it was negative. I called 7 days after the test to say I was going to the ER, all of a sudden they came back and said it was positive. A similar scenario again. Plus every time I went I had to be catheterized. This I was told should never have been done every time. My overall rating is zero.

My experience with Dr. Phillips was Not Pleasant. On my First appointment I was waiting almost 45 minutes in the waiting room. Once in the exam room, saw the assistant,,,changed to paper gown,,waiting on the table,,,,Over 1 Hour. The assistant stopped in and asked if I'd been seen yet,,,and was surprized. After another 20 minutes,,, Dr Phillips walked in,,all smiles,,,Never appologizing for the wait. She proceeded to do a camera exam after a while,,,and when I expressed that it was Very Uncomfortable,,,,and later letting her know she was Really Hurting me,,,She did NOT even acknowledge this and Continued,,even after I asked if she could please stop for a few minutes !! That is Not Good Bedside Manner,,,especially on my First visit! I Will NOT Be Returning.

She was kind, she DID NOT wash her hands!

Dr. Phillips is easy to talk with. She clearly explains things to you and makes every effort for you to understand all the options you have with a given diagnosis. Bedside manner is definitely a plus!
