Dr. Emilie Mennel Collins, MD

Dr. Collins is a phenomenal doctor. She takes time to listen and adjusts my dosage to address my symptoms. She has treated me for almost 20 years.

Excellent Dr. in her field of expertise. Very confident in her treatment decisions. Very concientious in prescribing medications, not a dr that writes a RX & see you later. I would highly reccomend her.

I have been seeing Dr. Collins for 6 years, and I have nothing but excellent service from her. I rarely have to wait more than five minutes in the waiting room either. She explains things well and is open to questions/concerns. Her bedside manner is above and beyond. I never feel rushed. Recently, she called Mary Free Bed about a medical treatment that wasn't even related to our visit. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

She spent the majority of the appointment looking at the computer. Gave no time for me to ask questions. I had a friend with me and she too thought she was rude. I called with a question about meds and requested a referral and was told to stay with current dose, the referral was made, and no follow up was necessary. So basically because the dose of medication she prescribed wasn't working for me and that I asked for a referral to a specialty hospital, she dismissed me as a patient. Whenever I would call with questions about anything, the "go between" who calls you back rarely had answers for all of my questions. I have some very complicated endocrine issues and felt as though I was just a number.
