Thank you for accurately diagnosing my issues.

I visited Dr. Badje recently. It was my first dermatology appointment ever and I wanted to discuss 2 things. I was told I could only choose 1. You only get 1 issue per appointment and as we all know, a specialist copay is expensive. I didnt receive much help and on top of it, you are expected to return every few months for any refill, forcing that $80 copay. My prescription was given for 3 months, not 1 year. I knew after my first appointment I would not return. You are forced to follow up in 3 months to make sure everything seems ok (aka just to say "yes its working" in person vs phone). I offered to provide labs/testing I had with other doctors to prove all was well but that wasnt enough. I am naturally a very kind and understanding person but this is the worst medical office of any kind I have ever been to. Its disheartening to see the medical world only want to push more and more appointments for more money where you only receive 12 minutes of initial care then you have to return… for any question after that or refill. Where have the days gone where a doctor will sit with you for 30 minutes and discuss multiple issues and refill prescriptions (for a year)? The fact that you have to make an appointment for each individual issue you may have is ludicrous and a huge problem in itself but I wasnt going to write a negative review after that. It was after everything beyond that, I just had to. Its almost unfathomable that this facility has so many good reviews. I have found a few other dermatology offices that allow 30 minutes per appointment (not 10-15 max) where they will 100% review more than just one issue and will fill prescriptions for 1 year (not 3 months and force you to come in to refill). Im sure they may offer up excuses for this outrageous protocol but what it comes down to is simple. Its just a push to get more money out of people. Ask your questions before you book a new doctor! Lesson learned.

Super caring and compassionate. Dr. Badje is very knowledgeable and helpful…she takes a ton of time to fully explain everything both before and after procedures and she is incredibly kind. I highly recommend her - and the practice as a whole. They are very friendly and prompt and respectful of patient’s time.

She first of all mislead me as to the cost of the procedure and then fail to properly perform it. I had to see another doctor to cure infection. My primary doctor informed me she did not perform the procedure correctly to prevent infection.
