Dr. Emilio Carranco is an internal medicine physician with over four decades of experience caring for patients in San Marcos, Texas. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and completed his residency training at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. With 43 years in practice, Dr. Carranco has developed extensive expertise in comprehensive adult healthcare. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
