Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:I choose the field of medicine as it is both challenging and rewarding. I enjoy being able to help people get back to their active lifestyles. Being an athlete myself throughout school, I sustained several injuries that landed me in an orthopedic office. With my interest in medicine and my own history of sports-related injuries, I quickly found myself gravitating towards orthopedic/sports medicine.What I want my patients to know about me:My goal is to get every patient back to their previous level of function, whether that be to competitive sports or recreational activities. I strive to include diverse treatment options that fits the patient's lifestyle and schedule, while maintaining a good quality of life. What I do when I'm not seeing patients:When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, as well as being outside taking walks with my dog.
