Super busy Emergency Department, but she focused on my medical problem and listened to me as if I was the only one who existed. I waited 2 hours, but the time she spent with me was worth the waits x10!

Very honest and patient with me, though it was obvious that the ER was understaffed. She had a great bedside manner. I had to wait a long time to get my test results back, but she explained everything to me and made me feel better just talking to me and answering my questions. I wish she could be my primary doctor!

Saw her at the ER with inflamed tonsils. She gave me a steroid shot to get the inflammation down, but wouldn't give me an antibiotic despite the fact that I had strep. I was confused, she said the steroid shot would do the same thing as the antibiotic. Even her nurse thought that was strange. I was sent on my way, and lo and behold, a week later, I was back at the doctor getting a perception for my strep, which hadn't gone away. It's not a good sign when both the nurse and patient know more than the doctor. Oh, and I got a bill for $800. $411 of which was from her. Horrendous.
