Dr. Emily Katherine Fellin, MD

Dr. Emily Fellin has a wonderful manner about her. She is interested and open at all times. No question or concern is treated as irrelevant. You never feel rushed on the contrary she makes you feel as if she really cares about you and what is going on on your life. Her suggestions a helpful and practical. Unfortunately the office staff is often rude, cold, and uncaring. They appear rushed giving you the feeling that you are a big bother This is when dealing with them in person or on the phone it makes no difference. Getting through to the office is often frustrating and usually a bad experience.

I saw Dr. felling a couple of days ago to follow up on a couple of issues. She was so thorough and spent so much time with me. She never rushes me or makes me feel like I'm bothering her. She is always pleasant and takes such good care of me.

I had the displeasure of phoning in today and being treated very poorly by "Katherine". As soon as she answered the phone she immediately put me on hold for a lengthy time, did not apologize when coming back on the line and than abruptly kept interrupting my questions. She was RUDE and arrogant!
