"I would give zero stars if that were an option. This was one of the most disturbing medical experiences I have ever had. I came to the ER in severe, unbearable pain.. Instead of being evaluated appropriately, this doctor assumed I was seeking narcotics and had me removed by hospital security. I was humiliated, dismissed, and treated as a problem rather than as a patient in crisis. What makes this even more alarming is that within 48 hours of this encounter, I required an emergency spinal fusion on my lower back—clearly confirming that my pain was real, serious, and medically urgent. Her judgment was not only wrong, it was dangerous. There was no empathy, no meaningful examination, and no attempt to investigate the cause of my symptoms. The assumption made about me replaced medical reasoning, and the result was delayed care for a condition that required emergency surgery. This experience reflects a complete failure in patient care, professionalism, and clinical judgment.
