Dr. Emily E Hall, DDS

From the first moment of my experience with Dr. Hall, I felt that she was very cold and a bit rude. The day of my procedure, from beginning to end, her and her staff talked of nothing but extremely unprofessional, controversial subjects that truly made me feel uncomfortable. They discussed very specific race issues in our country and how they felt they were made up and demand news subjects and women because they felt the same way about gender bias. I don’t have problems with people that I disagree with and I respect personal truths and respect the right to free speech. What bothered me the most is that I was already very nervous and anxious about this procedure and this made it 100 times worse... especially because they assumed that I would share their views and I can only assume it was because I am also white and female & of upper middle class. I have to return for follow-up visits but I will never be returning to her again for anything else.

Very professional in all of my dealings. Dr. Hall explained the process that she would use. After procedure, she went over exactly what she had done.

All personal are very professional and polite from making the appointment to surgery it was painless. Highly recommend Dr. Hall and staff.

My two visits with Dr. Hal were 10 years apart. The first visit was fairly normal, I just thought she lacked ant trace of a personality. My second visit in 2014!was the worst thing I've ever experienced in a doctor or caregiver of any kind. Dr. Hallways abrupt, demeaning, and emotionally abuse. Although no,dental procedures were performed, I was crying hysterically before it ended. In non- specific language, she indicated my dental Problems, that I had poor dental hygiene, and refused to give me any information unless I let my husband be there. If it were up to me, she would not be practicing dentistry in NC, or anywhere. She did, however charge me the usual exorbitant fee.
