Such shame when you become a doctor but spend 5 min with your patients and some who have waited months just to get it. Her reviews are spot on, no bedside manner, don’t listen to anything her patients have to say. Some are going through the worst time. Why become a doctor if you are not there to listen and help when they are in pain. Disguising.

She is very understanding & always willing to do what fit best with me. I have been through a lot of Urologist & she is hands down THE BEST!

Very very disappointed in this Urology clinic all together. First off the clinic did not seem very clean upon entering. Dr. Jacobs’ nurse was the only friendly professional person in the clinic. I was not impressed with Dr. Jacobs at all. She only was in my room maybe 10 mins. She seemed very rushed wanted to get out of my room as fast as she could. Then I get a bill in the mail that they billed my office visit as the place of service was at the hospital so my insurance put it to the deductible instead of it going on my copay (which I paid the day of service like they requested of me). I have a different copay amount for a specialist doctor than a pcp doctor which that’s the copay they asked me to pay which I understood that. When they called me to confirm the appt there was no mention of this or would have canceled the appt. I see specialist at NEA and also at Missouri Baptist in St. Louis for my multiple Sclerosis and have never had this happen with them. NEEDLESS to say I… will not have anything done with St. Bernards ever again. I have also opened a report with the insurance commission because of they are billing as though the place of service was the hospital and it was a free standing building:

Terrible "BEDSIDE MANNER" IF BY CHANCE YOU CHANCE A POTENTIAL PATIENT..... I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMEND JACOBS!! HER NURSE PRACTITIONER, ABSOLUTELY ATTENTIVE, CARING , and is wonderful!

I have had excellent care from Dr. Jacobs and her nurses, Stephanie and Haley. They have improved my quality of life. Thanks also to all office staff!

During my visit she was friendly, professional, asked appropriate questions related to my problem, answered my questions and was very helpful.
