Dr. Emily Carole Johnson, MD

Lovely person. Spends lots of time with you. Unfortunately, she doesn’t listen when the patient says the meds are reacting badly. Because of this, I can barely walk now. She also think she understands Ehlers Danlos but she does not. One of the things she wanted me to do was Botox which is a big no no for EDS patients. She told my daughter at a visit that she should just live in a wheelchair instead of following through the surgery date at the Mayo Clinic. My frustration is extremely high with this Dr. I feel like she ruined me as she kept telling me to continue with the meds that were in fact making my migraines much worse than before seeing her. Listening to patients has to be the most important thing and that was not done. I’m only giving her one star because I can’t give her zero stars. Do not recommend

So glad I found Dr. Johnson! I finally have some answers.
