Awesome time!

The front desk, staff, and Dr. Lazenby herself are all a part of why I enjoy every visit here! She truly cares and that matters to me! She is saving my life, and I owe her everything! I would never change or think of anyone else! She is truly compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients!

I went to Dr Lazenby for 7 years. I like her as a dr but dealing with the office is like dealing with toddlers. She quit filing claims to BC but I was told this before hand and I elected not to use her anymore and did not go to her office . I found out today when I called their office that I owe 300. I never was contacted about any balance. I paid my copay at every visit. I know what they did, they elected not to file two of my ov with my insurance before I was notified they were not going to file.

She is one of the best doctors I've ever worked with. I see her at medplex. She is great!!!

No one answers the phone.

I tried numerous times to talk with Dr. Lazenby about her office staff whom were very inappropriate and rude, but she the primary owner, remained unavailable. All med facilities especially mental health clinics require compassionate staff and office workers. My ordeal with your office workers was nothing short of a nightmare. Perhaps she was never told.

Very kind and caring. Listens and gives honest answers and never talks down to you.She treats you as an equal and gives you time to talk. Friendly with a great sunny disposition.
