Dr. Emily Sabine Marsters, MD

We feel grateful to have Dr. Marsters take care of our family. She is a good listener, compassionate, thoughtful, and very present during our check-ups. She takes action with confidence. She is knowledgeable and concerned, but, at the same time, she is realistic and grounded. She seems to work well with other staff and colleagues. She is observant and adjusts her style of communication to each person's personality. We are very pleased we found her after our doctor, of many, many years, had retired.

We feel blessed to have found Dr. Marster. She is consistently warm, attentive and prepared with our records. She respects our wishes while staying on top of individual issues as blood pressure and test results. Very caring professional who listens and takes needed time with patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marsters now since the retirement of my PCP two years ago. She has been a consummate professional, and has shown a genuine concern for my well-being. I was particularly impressed with her expertise and compassion upon my suffering an episode this spring that could have had life-altering consequences. Her move to get to the root of my problem was immediate, and she personally checked in with me during the several weeks needed to undergo testing and monitoring. I feel very safe and very satisfied knowing that Emily Marsters is now my PCP, a feeling I have had from the very beginning of my patient status with her more than two years ago.

Awful to work with. Not happy with her.

So many other better doctors in Western MA. I would never recommend Dr Marsters to anyone.
