Horrible and lacking empathy and basic medical curiosity with absolutely no human compassion. I was misdiagnosed with a unitary tract infection which turned out to be severe dvts- I believe that an oath is taken to do no harm, yet the organization recognizes this Doctor! (even when complaints are brought to leadership) shame on an organization who touts excellence and putting people first. Beware of this practitioner and the organization that has had the opportunity to do the “right thing” and chooses not to.

Did not introduced herself or consulted with me. Told me my xrays looked good, no X-rays were performed. Did not mention that my ekg was abnormal, I found out once my own by reading My Chart. I went to the ER with bp of one-seventy over one hundred two and a rapid heart rate, no psych issues were reported, but I was sent home with a psych safety plan. Incredibly dehumanizing. I’m working with customer service to make sure no one else goes through this.

My father was sent to emergency room by his doctor, however, Dr. Mensel indicated, that since he’s 91 & has already had a test “that cost thousands of dollars,” he should go home & think that he’s 91!!! She’s extremely rude, talks at patients not to patients.
