I transferred to Dr M after I felt my prior provider overbilled my insurance for a physical. I have seen Dr M for 2 visits. She has taken the time to review my prior records and answer and address concerns. I requested a referral to a neurologist for a movement disorder. Dr M and her nurse completed the forms and sent the referral the same day that I provided the form from the neurologist's practice. I appreciated that a great deal. I have found the HMG group's billing more reasonable than the prior practice I saw.

Will not see you other than whatever monthly visits you have 3, 4, 6, 12 months..

She is difficult to get an appointment with. We use early morning appointments so haven't ever had to wait long. She's very good about scheduling those side tests. (Have you had your eyes checked? Two days later her nurse is calling me with the appointment). I have been pleased and my daughter likes her a lot.

She can't remember me from one appointment to the next. When I talk to her about conditions and treatments we have tried it is like totally new information to her and she is the one that prescribed the treatment. Sometimes it's like the lights are on but no one's home.

She did very well and is very helpful in finding the problems and will get to the bottom of the cause.

You can't get in to see this doctor when you're sick. You have to wait forever to even get a referral to a specialist. I think a week to get a referral is a bit long. They don't return calls for days. The staff is short tempered and not friendly. I level of trust here is zero.
