Emily Poulton, DNP, PMHNP

Emily Poulton, MS, FNP-C, APRN, PMHNP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University in 2019 and has since built a diverse career in family practice, cardiology, and urgent care. In addition, Emily has experience treating patients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. In 2025, she completed her psychiatric training at Regis College, deepening her commitment to integrating both physical and mental health in her practice.

Originally from Utah, Emily has made Oregon her home, where she values the opportunity to serve its diverse communities. She believes in a holistic approach to care, recognizing that physical well-being is an essential foundation for good mental health. As an active listener, she provides a safe, supportive environment for all her patients. She warmly welcomes clients from the LGBTQIA+ …community as well as individuals from all cultural and community backgrounds.

Outside of her practice, Emily enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her two cocker spaniels, and playing the banjo. She is passionate about creating meaningful connections with her patients and is dedicated to fostering resilience, healing, and whole-person wellness in every stage of life.
