She took care of me and my family when we had COVID. We realized she shut down her afternoon clinic to give monoclonal antibodies during the peak of the delta wave. I cannot imagine how many lives she saved taking care of the highest risk COVID patients every afternoon during that time.

After taking a day off work and driving over an hour I arrived at the location of your business 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment but there was no signage on your place of business indicating you had an office from the road. I called your office and an employee hung up on me when I requested directions. I then called your office back and after being on hold for a while your employee was finally willing to give me directions. I came to the unmarked building and reported for my appointment approx. 25 minutes early and indicated I had already filled out all of the paperwork after downloading it online. After 15 minutes your employee said you refused to medically treat me after previously agreeing to. I indicated to your employee how unprofessional this behavior was. The staff member said she was only doing what the owner told her to do. I am not certain if the unprofessional manner in which you treated me was due to bias towards disabled veterans or you treat everyone like this.

Dr. Rehberg is a very knowledgeable physician who gives the time needed to show care, patience, and the ability to figure out what's wrong with the patient to try to make their quality of life as best as possible.
