When I am not at the hospital, I enjoy spending time with my husband who is in the National Guard and young daughter. I also enjoy reading science fiction, running, and occasionally playing bassoon. My philosophy in regards to Maternal Fetal Medicine is commitment to the patient experience. Normal pregnancy can be a challenging and stressful life event, when complications are added it is even more imperative to work to achieve the best outcome by maximizing patient education, coordination of care, and compassionate listening.
