Dr. Emily Soo

Finally a dentist who listens to me! For years I've felt that the dentists in my past were running an insurance mill seeing as many patients in as short a time as possible to get the most insurance claims. After claims were paid they sent me another bill, not satisfied with what they agreed to with the insurance firms. The first time I saw Dr. Soo she spent two hours with me personally and never divided her time with another patient. She answered my questions and went above and beyond taking photos to show me problems with old dental work that needed repair which she sent to the insurance company. She also referred me to a specialist who was excellent. Thank you Dr. Soo!

What a horrible experience ! The front desk assistant never smiles, he is rude & acts like he knows it all. He had the audacity to tell me that there was no way going around this gum disease treatment that would cost hundreds of dollars, which I did not need because I did not have genralized stage 4 gum disease, and also had the nerve to tell me gum disease was not reversible,which is a flat out lie ! He also told me nobody takes antibiotics for more than 7 days, which is completely inaccurate,because I was precribed antibiotics before for 10 days. He is at the front desk,yet he knows everything, how funny ! As for Dr Soo, she would rather recommend to extract all your teeth that have cavities that are too deep, rather than save them. Just pull them all out, and then walk around with wholes in your mouth, or.....spend thousands of dollars on implants. Strange tactics and bedside manners,which I totally disaprove of, I am not here to get ripped off ! Do not recommend this practice at… all !
