Dr. Emily Toch, MD

Dr. Toch is an amazing and very personable psychiatrist. She takes an incredibly personal and empathetic approach to psychiatry and really takes time to get to know her patients. For example, she met with me during my intake for a whole 90 minutes to ensure I was on the best treatment possible. I couldn't recommend her enough.

This doctor is a care provider in name only. She exploits her patients and she cannot hide her utter indifference.

She doesn’t care about mentally ill people.

Compassionate and loving kind presence in an atmosphere of clinical excellence. Dr. Toch understands trauma and combines psychopharmacology with Eastern and other western practices to provide real help for those who suffer. Thank you, Dr. Toch, you are unique in your profession.

She is an excellent clinician. She has taken care of my father who was quite ill. She tried different medications and combinations until we found the combo that works well for him. This is the best he has felt in years and we owe it to Dr Tochs care. I am in the medical field and appreciate her expertise and caring/thoughtful approach.

Overall I like Dr. Toch. She is nice and asks appropriate questions without going off the deep end.

Very poor bedside manner. Poor attitude. Very little thoughtfulness shown in her history taking and irrelevant questioning throughout interview. This doctor's yawning throughout the appointment was also little comfort to the crying patient in front of her.
