Dr. Emily M. Tuerk, MD

Dr. Tuerk is, by far, the best doctor I've ever had. I followed her from Loyola. She takes time with her patients, and leaves no stone unturned. I'm grateful to have her in my life.

Dr. Emily Tuerk has been my primary care doctor for several years. She is one of the best Primary Care doctors. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and patiently answer all my questions. We are fortunate to have such excellent doctor near us.

In my opinion, Dr. Tuerk is a terrible choice as a health care provider. To me, she lacked the proper skills and knowledge to execute treatment quickly or at all which I believe resulted in a simple health issue becoming an expensive, tormentingly painful, chronic health issue. I went from completely healthy to a chronic pain sufferer in less than 6 months during her care and I truly believe had I had another care provider, I would still be healthy today. Unfortunately, negligence in care can be hard to prove. Thus, I can only offer my opinion in the matter and share my personal dissatisfaction with her as a care provider.

She is the WORST doctor I have ever seen. She is degrading and had me crying all the way home. I have never left a review before but had to this time as a cautionary tale before anyone else considers making an appt with her.

Dr Turke had taken care of my child at Loyola as an inpatient. She was very professional and listened to our concerns. She answered any and all questions. My child liked her very much. I would recommend her..she is very through and prompt.
