Dr. Emine Catalbas Colin, DDS

I had a root canal done and the care was average. According to Dr. Loxley I have deep roots and she had to adjust the materials she was using several times. She seemed to get frusterated and it consequently made me feel uncomfortable. The worst part of this experience was yet to come. My insurance was billed a different amount than the statements I received. Out of no where six months after treatment I received a bill from the office with a balance and no explanation. My insurance did not deny payment. The person in charge of billing in the office, Kelsey, refused to answer my questions when I called and kept interupibg me when I spoke. Her unprofessional manner escalated into her hanging up on me. I was told that Dr. Loxley herself would call me by the end of the day and that did not happen. Another employee offered the explanation that "their intial estimates are like never correct". The manner in which this was handle was poor to say the least and the practices involving the… billing/statements are not ethical. It is turning into a huge burden and I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
