Dr. Emitis Kourosh Hosoda, MD

This doctor has a side gig online health coaching practice and supplement company where she preys on vulnerable 40+ year old women who are experiencing hormonal issues. Her program is about $18k (out of pocket) but she’s offers a step down program for $5k where she’s won’t even meet with you. You’ll get a nutritionist instead. They will send you a boilerplate report and have a nutritionist go over it with you and try to get you to buy $1,200 per month in supplements from her company …which adds up to $14k per year. Her staff will guilt you into paying the full $18k so you end up feeling icky after the entire experience. The supplement protocol is a bit crazy but impossible to find elsewhere cheaper cause they are all proprietary blends she recommends. This whole set up is very sketchy. If you read other reviews on other sites you’ll see that there are lots of people unhappy with this entire scenario. If you complain, she’ll harass you, guilt you and manipulate you…and potentially call… you names. It’s quite unprofessional. After this whole experience I’m shocked she still has a medical license. This is pretty unethical.

Really literally the smartest doctor you will ever meet. If you need a smart doctor she's the one!

She refuses to see clients that were prior clients of another doctor in the office which makes absolutely no sense since that would be like saying you can't be seen from any other doctor... she doesn't care about the health and well being of the people just playing out drama kid games because she had issues with a prior doctor and so she is gonna take it out on patients... absolutely selfish and unprofessional...

I made an appt. 1 month prior to this office visit. I left early from work, arrived on time and waited 1.5 hrs. Dr. Hosoda decided not to see me and unprofessionally chose to send a nurse to relay the message. The reason that was given, was I had seen another doctor in the same building and they insinuated I was therefore the other doctors personal patient. They failed to recognize that I was originally a patient of Dr. Hosoda's prior to seeing the other doctor. Besides being inconvenienced, I felt the whole situation was handled poorly, with rude undertones and left me feeling confused, upset and discriminated against. I have very good insurance through my company and have the right to choose any doctor I want under my policy. She may reserve the right to refuse service, however, I would like to think it would be for a legitimate reason. I would not recommend her if that is any indication of her bedside manner or how she chooses to treat patients. In this day and age this behavior is… intolerable and surprising coming from educated professionals.

I've never been to such a GREAT doctor as Dr. Hosoda.

After feeling sick for a year or so Dr. Hosoda has diagnosed my issues after many doctors have failed. I am so grateful for her thoroughness. I simple can't say enough kind and positive things about doctore Hosoda. She is clearly brilliant at her job.

Dr. Hosoda sells supplements as well as prescribing allopathic pharmaceuticals if necessary. It is wonderful that a physician incorporates alternate therapies to conventional drug treatments. I read a previous comment that mentioned the doctor is in pyramid schemes selling vitamins. To set the record straight: that assessment is inaccurate. Dr. Hosoda offers supplements from various PHYSICIAN ONLY lines of nutraceuticals that have been VERY effective in my treatment protocol. I am thankful to have found a Doc who is well rounded on all avenues of wellbeing for her patients, & not so quick on the trigger to go the drug route unless absolutely necessary.

This is the very first time I have had a physician that has LISTENED to me as well as check every possible scenario. She is very kind and does not rush you. I am so thankful I was refereed to her! If the world of physicians was as attentive as Dr. Hosoda the world of medicine would be a better place....yes, I think that highly of her and her staff.
