Emma Nauman

Dr. Emma Nauman is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and received her doctorate of nursing practice at Seattle University. She has worked extensively in community mental health and homeless services and has experience with a wide range of mental health concerns from her past work as a case manager and registered nurse. Her doctoral research focused on behavioral interventions for substance use. She is certified to treat across the lifespan. Presently, her interests include rational psychopharmacology and functional medicine. Emma believes that success in mental health care comes from shared decision making, treating the whole patient, and creating sustainable treatment plans for lifelong change. Emma was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and is a long time resident of Seattle, where she attended both undergraduate and graduate school.
