Dr. Emmanuel K Amoah, DDS

I have spoken to the receptionist on sevaral occasions and each time I have she has been so rude to me! The first time she picked up the phone she sounded stressed out with an attitude and she actually hung up on me, and when I called back she than lied and said she hung up because I was yelling! And I was not yelling. Having an employee, rude, nasty, and who can easily lie, had me kinda concerned about what kind of dentist office is this? Than the second time I called I was in the middle of a conversation with her, and I noticed that she put the phone on hold, and I heard her speaking to someone else while I was still on the phone saying "hello" and she was not answering back, but she continued on talking to someone else, and left me sitting on the phone until I adventully hung up. Not to mention on my first visit I had a prophy cleaning done, and everyone knows when you have a prophy cleaning done the dentist are surpossed to give you an exam. Well I was told by the dental hygienist… upon my arriving on the day of my scheduled appointment, that the dentist wasn't in and she would be the one just giving me my cleaning. But than when I couldn't make an appointment and called to reschedule, the receptionist was trying to charge me a 50 dollar late cancelation fee, when the Dentist didn't wasn't even available to exam me on the day of my cleaning, which I know, is not surpossed to be done like that! I don't recommend this Dentist Office at All! Save yourself some trouble and find you a professional place to have your dental work done. This place is definitely not about their patients!

Dr Amoah is an awesome dentist. His knowledge and skills and unmatchable.
