Dr. Emmanuel Yih-Herng Chang, MD

I had been diagnosed with pvd by valley doctors, came to see Dr. Chang because I wanted a second opinion. Very glad I did because he was able to tell me that it was not pvd and that I actually had a partial tear in my retina. Had a laser treatment done and his willingness to see me for my concerns is just amazing. I have another appointment tomorrow as an emergency add on. Please, for your own health, get a second opinion if you feel the original wasn't enough. If at the very least, it's an assurance.

Dr. Chang truly saved my son's vision. We drive four and half hours just to see him. My son was diagnosed with a disease that many doctors do not know how to treat. I was very impressed with him and very thankful for him

Dr Chang is truly exceptional in his field! He saved my vision on a holiday when the office would normally be closed, he opened and staffed just for me and I cannot thank my old Dr that didn't have time to help me for referring me to "the best" retina specialist period! Dr Chang is very kind, caring and attentive as is his staff. He is a Dr's Dr for a reason and he is definitely my Dr forever!

My son who was premature born and now 11 years old has high myopia in retinopathy of prematurity (ROP). After thoroughly examination, the retina of right eye was diagnosed detached. Dr. Chang suggested a surgery to install buckle in his right eye to keep retina in place. Dr. Chang was only hope for us. Dr. Chang very positively gave us confidence with promising words. The surgery was successful! We wholehearted thankful to Dr. Chang. !!! God bless you, sir !!!

Dr Chang is brilliant and very personable. I found the office is second rate. Staff looks sloppy, even some of the managers. Staff members don't introduce themselves or say why they are about to do what you do. If the doc is running late but you got there early in the morning to see him, staff doesn't explain or apologize, and give conflicting information (meaning I thought they were bull---ting me about whether he was there yet). Staff members are late for morning appointments, keeping the patient waiting.

Excellent and caring doctor. Trust him completely.
