Dr. Emmanuel N Espinosa, MD

I followed "Dr E." through two office moves. I started in his Caledonia office. He and his staff made a great team. Healthcare was professional, caring and fun in his office! I was so sorry to have to leave him when he didn't take my insurance anymore. But my other family members stayed (they didn't have insurance issues). Even through the very heartbreaking legal troubles my family stuck with him. He is that good and that worth being devoted to. As we all knew would happen, the charges were dropped once the accuser was proven to be a liar with a drug-seeking vindictive agenda. Sadly the whole thing took a toll on one of the finest doctors I've ever met. I'm sorry the reviewer below was unable to understand that the event was so costly in so many ways that he was forced to work for others rather than maintain his own office. When that happened he had no control over who the staff was, how they behaved or whatever else. He became an employee just like they were rather than the… employER. When he had his own practice he had an excellent reputation and hired terrific people to work with. His office staff also loved him just like his patients did. My family is also saddened that the legal problems made it necessary for him to become an employee of other health agencies rather than keep his own practice. But we appropriately put the blame for any discontent that resulted directly on the shoulders of his false accuser. Obviously, because he was no longer the employer but just another employee, he wasn't able to hire his usual high quality staff . But we understand it was beyond his control and we don't hold any problems with the business he works for against him. He is a very fine doctor and I have no reservations recommending him to anyone! He is our wonderful Dr. E! :)

We have been a part of Dr. E's practice for over ten years and have never had a complaint. However, since the legal trouble he has been faced with, he has really become difficult to deal with. His new office on Alpine is totally not acceptable - staff is rude and highly incompetent - don't return phone calls,rude nurses and dificulty getting appts. Would not recommend!

Dr. Espinosa has been my family's doctor for about 15 years. We consistently recommend family and friends to him. He and his wife (RN) work closely together and provide sincere compassionate care with integrity, professionalism, updated knowledge and always positive good humor. There is nobody else we would prefer to treat us. We feel safe and well cared for in his care.Personally, I have fibromyalgia which has been very frustrating and discouraging to treat. Dr. Espinosa gives me the respect of knowing my own body, he listens to what I have to say, and has never given up trying new treatments. He also tells me about new information and new discoveries with this illness. We work together as a team and that is very encouraging. When he became my doctor I no longer felt like I was alone in my struggle.

Been going to him for over ten years. I usually hate doctors, but I love him. He is so caring, and trys to help in everyway. Always respectful of his patients. Makes you feel so comfortable.
