bad time ,everytime on my appointment and the nurses are nasty to and HIS wife would look down on us when ,we are anyone would come in these office.the word would great us bad to and i have heart promble and he never help me just go in and wait to see him for hour.i need to talk to lawyer.be bless

Dr. Emmanuel nau is an unprofessional doctor that doesn't care if people, especially kids are really sick. I went to the emergency room with my daughter because she had pneumonia and he checked her for months, weeks and days and didn't ever find anything. Doctors at the emergency room said he was an irresponsible doctor who doesn't know what he is doing. Overall a doctor who's always in a bad mood that said today he gets paid anyways. What kind of doctors don't care about babies?. Dr nau thats who. Didn't even offer an xray until being worried mad by me. Unbelievable, indeed.

Makinv appt was easy, but the his last appt we waited over an hour to see the doctor. He has a very thick Spanish, that I had to ask him 2 to 3 times the same question. My son knows some Spanish and me also but I could not understand him. When we finally got to see him after the long wait, the appt was over in five mins. Also his examination rooms were really small.

Waited 2 hours in the waiting area to be seen. Waiting area full of patients all irritated constantly asking front desk when they will be taken back.

First off, the staff was rude, unorganized, and didn't seem like they had a clue what was going on I showed up 30min early for my daughters appointment and it took another 30 min after her appointment time for him to see her. His English is poor at best. He walked into the room after just being with a patient, didn't wash his hands, and started my daughters exam. His scale was off by 5lbs. He spent 20 min trying to fix it, got it fixed, still didn't wash his hands and gave my daughter a shot. Office is gross, doctor is gross, staff is rude, and you couldn't pay me to go back.

Office staff very unfriendly. More emphasis on getting the co-payment before finding out what I was there for.
