I will never forget you… you saved me and my hand when I was a little girl in the 2nd grade. I had been bitten by a cat and almost lost my hand. If it wasn’t for you and the antibiotics… I would of lost my right hand. It’s good to see you are still practicing and look absolutely beautiful!!

There is definitely something negative about this d. Her attitude towards the parents and kids is just not right. my kid didn't want to go back after 1st visit.

this lady needs to be evaluated by someone who has authority over her, how many more complaints until someone does something. well here's one more as soon as she walked in the room she says that they are autistic right in front of them very unprofessional and cold. she is a lunatic. I guess she thinks she so smart she could tell just by looking at someone. my kids are very smart and do very well in school. And none of their previous doctors said that they're autistic. I will never go to this lady again.

Very good doctor and office staff is excellent

Dr. Iskander was the pediatrician of my niece about 12 years back. Dr. Iskander misdiagnosed her, twice; she progressively got worse and ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks with Salmonella poisoning. I decided that it was a simple mistake and was so long ago that it couldn't possibly happen to me and my children. Well, my daughter was not eating and refused to swallow anything, even her saliva. Her throat was extremely sore, red and contained a thick mucus from infection. Dr. Iskander told me to give her tylenol and juice and her body would heal itself. She stated that she'd just seen a tv show that said antibiotics were bad for you if used to much. So I guess she decided to experiment on my daughter and not give the meds. We went home, my daughter got worse and her body was being ravaged by reoccuring fevers and she still was not eating. I ended up going to an after hours pediatrician, paying my last $75 dollars at the moment, and getting my daughter some antibiotics and magic… mouthwash. She started improving the next day. I changed doctors.

Very unprofessional, she needs to have better communication with the parents of her patients. Asking a fee of $100 per hour to talk to parents is outrages.

"Impolite, arrogant, condescending, " I am really surprised she is associated with Nemours. She does not represent the quality of care that you would receive there. I am not sure if she is unstable, or just new money from a very low class up bringing.

the staff was very rude - not welcoming in any way dr was rude basically felt I was a bad mom with my first child

The doctor was extremely rude. She cancelled an appointment I had scheduled with a specialist for no good reason and then turned around and argued with me and told me it was my fault the appointment was cancelled and and would not take the blame whatsoever. I waited over a month to get that appointment and I was highly upset when she cancelled it without my permission. She also shoved me out of her office before I was even done asking her question about a couple of concerns I had with my newborn baby. I would not recommend this doctor in the least bit. This office is highly unprofessional!!

I have been going to Dr. Iskander for 15 years with all 5 of my children. Dr. Iskander is a very knowledgable Dr. who truly cares about the children. She knows what she's talking and is always up on anything new and is always accurate with her diagnosis. She strives to teach you about maintenance and preventive so that your child will not need a ton of meds or antibiotics because they got worse. I will never go to another Dr.
