Dr Chan is one of the best doctors I’ve been to his bedside manner is caring and he makes sure all your questions are answered he takes his time doesn’t rush u until u feel good about what ever problem u have the staff are very professional and make sure they fit u in even if he’s booked ????

Wasted an hour and a half of my life at this place. Waited almost 1 hour in waiting room, then another 15-20 mins in the office to see the doctor. The rooms arent even clean. There were soda bottles on the window ledges and dust all over them. They don't even have a real examinator table. I heard him prescribe 3 yes THREE different people oxycodon while I was there. How many people really need that?! Probably just looking to make money! Also, he told me I had allergies when i had Bronchitis!!! Do not go here..

I have never had a Doctor yell at me in all my experience with doctors.His office is GHETTO and has his little 3 year old son running around the office screaming. He has the worst bed side manner I have ever see and likes to over prescribe medicine you may not even need. All he cares about is getting his money. He is quite possibly one of the most arrogant men I have ever met. That was the single worst experience of my life. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR.

Don't forget your payment, or they wont even talk to you. They take only CASH or Visa/MC. NO Checks No Amex! After going to this Dr. Chan for a few months I though he was a fine Doctor, but was refused a visit for a prescription refill because I only had a check to pay co-pay with. Assistant treated me like a second class citizen, because I didn't know the "No Check" policy. I felt very belittled and had to cancel the appointment. I tried to explain that I was on a break from work did not have time to go to the ATM and get money. I was simple there to get a prescription filled before as I was going away for a few days. They really didnt care at all. So although I think DR. Chan may be a fine DR. his staff and his policies leave a lot to be desired

I echo what others said - very inconvenient to see this doctor as the support staff is either incompetent or lazy (or extremely overworked). He is overbooked and his office waiting area is inadequate for such a long wait, messy and unattractive. But he is a good doctor. I just wish he would invest in his practice a bit more.

My wait was excessive. I was tired and was ill. I was hoping for an on time appointment, not an hour wait.

Overall a nice guy and a good doctor. Never answers the phone and is not very good returning calls. Has an answering service but dont expect a call back. Expect to wait an hour in a waiting room with no receptionist. The office also doubles as a daycare facility as he always brings his young son to work. Has a 50inch plasma but only uses it to display art images. Should really invest in cable programming to entertain those shivering with 103 fever for an hour in the waiting area.

His staff so rarely answers the phone that one is forced to leave messages during office hours, which they never return. Thus it takes several attempts to make an appointment or get an answer to a question. They are also discourteous. But Dr. Chan is a smart guy and has a good manner with his patients.
